Founded in 1920, Croí Health (formerly NVNA and Hospice) delivers compassionate, high-quality home care, hospice, and palliative services to patients and families across the South Shore, whether in a private home, nursing or assisted living facility, or our Pat Roche Hospice Home in Hingham. 

We continually seek to elevate the standard of care for patients with complex health issues and individuals who are terminally ill. 

As an independent non-profit, we are proud to be the only regional provider holding concurrent five-star Patient Experience and Quality of Care ratings with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Our team cares for 1,200 patients each day in 27 communities throughout the region.
